SOLIHULL NETWORKS

Across Solihull's Voluntary sector, a number of support networks exist. These are:

Not for Profit Group

A network of 25 to 30 voluntary agencies involved in health and social care. Members meet monthly to discuss relevant issues and developments within the sector and share their skills and knowledge. Membership costs £25.00 per year.

Care Services Improvement Partnership (CSIP)

Created to support improvement and development across a range of services across health (including prison health) and local government, for children, adults and older people, including those experiencing mental distress, physical disability or learning disability.

Children's Voluntary Sector Forum

The Children's Voluntary Sector Forum (CVSF) consists of a range of voluntary & community organisations that provide services aimed at children up to the age of 11. The group meets to share experiences, share ideas and good practice, learn about opportunities for service delivery and contracts.
The CVSF works closely with and provides an input to the Children & Young Peoples Trust.

Disabled Peoples Network - Solihull

Provides a unique voice in Solihull bringing together over 30 disability support organisations, representative of a diversity of disability needs. Member organisations include those representing people with physical and sensory disability, users of mental health services and of learning disability services and the needs of carers. The Network acts as a voice in Solihull at Forum meetings and in consultations, on local committees and in user groups.

Solihull Volunteer Management Forum

A network for organisations that benefit from volunteer activity. Agencies are able to share good practice, discuss volunteer related issues and feed into the Volunteer and Community Sector strategy.
