Survey Results Released
14 June 2006
Financial Development and Information Technology dominated the
results of the SOLIHULL SUSTAIN Consortium survey of Voluntary and
Community Sector support needs, released today.
The survey was sent out across the sector to gauge what training
groups considered would be beneficial if it were available to them
over the coming years and also what services they would find helpful
if they were available more immediately and affordably.
The results of the survey are being used to define the future shape
and priorities of the SOLIHULL SUSTAIN programme.
They show that Bid writing, Enterprise development and use of IT
top the list of training needs, whilst IT, Business Mentoring and
Marketing/PR lead the list of helpful services.
