VOLUNTEER ROLE

Artistic Ministries is a vibrant growing organisation, seeking to redirect the energies of children into positive pursuits and achievements through talent mentoring.  Our out of school projects run between 1 and 3 weeks and is supported by the west midlands crime fighting team, local business and local schools.

Tasks Involved: To support the Development Co-ordinator in the day to day administration of the organisation and project management

Skills needed: Ability to provide professional reception duties, to use Word and Excel competently.  General secretarial & minute taking needed. Good time keeping and organisational skills. Excellent customer care skills and a keen interest in the development of children.

Benefits to Volunteer: i.e. skills developed, expenses, helping the community etc

You will gain insight into the management of voluntary organisations and be able to contribute ideas and support for children.   You will receive training relative to the post to further develop your skills.  Travelling expenses will be paid monthly and the possibility of the gaining a paid post within the organisation in due course

Times / Days: Mon- Thurs 9.30am- 1.30pm
