CHELMSLEY CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU GENERAL ADVISER Role: To interview clients face to face or by telephone, explore problems, locate information, discuss options and assist the client in following the option they choose. This may involve help with filling in forms, making telephone calls or letter writing.
Skills Needed; Good communications skills, friendly manner, basic numeral skills and have experience of using a PC. No formal qualifications are required.
Times / Days: 6 hours on any day Monday to Friday (plus 3hrs per wk whilst training)
