Volunteer Advisor

Tasks Involved: Taking enquiries from potential volunteers and signposting them to appropriate opportunities; inputting new opportunities onto the computer and e-mailing them to organisations; dealing with volunteer enquiries from the public and organisations. We are looking for people to volunteer in either or both of our North and South Solihull offices.     

Skills needed: Good customer service skills, basic I.T skills, this position would suit someone with some experience in dealing with the public but any training needed will be given.

Benefits to Volunteer: Develop employment skills, help others by assisting them into volunteering, support lots of charities with gaining volunteers which is invaluable in helping them carry out the work they do, work in a friendly environment.

Times / Days: one day per week minimum, hours to suit

Special Requirements: CRB checks may have to be carried out.
