Witness Service VolunteerTasks Involved: Providing practical help and emotional support to witnesses at court Skills needed: Ability to listen and communicate with a wide range of people, to work as part of a team, and to understand the criminal justice system and court procedures (training provided).
Benefits to Volunteer: comprehensive training is provided and you will work as part of a friendly and enthusiastic team. Out of pocket expenses paid.
Times / Days: One week- day per week, 9.00am to around 4.00pm (flexibility is required, as you may need to work on different days each week)
Special Requirements volunteers need to provide two references and agree to a Criminal Record check.
